Plastics & Composites

PTFE (Polytertrafluoroethylene)

• Used by Micropump for gears, bushings, seals and pump body components
• Thermoplastic
• Chemically inert with lowest coefficient of friction

PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)

• Used by Micropump for gears, bushings and pump body components
• Thermoplastic
• High strength
• High chemical and heat resistance

PEEK (Polyetheretherketone)

• Used by Micropump for gears, bushings and pump body components
• Thermoplastic
• Higher strength
• High chemical and heat resistance

LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer)

• Used by Micropump for gears and pump body components
• Thermoplastic
• High chemical and heat resistance

Carbon Graphite (PAN - Polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber)

• Used by Micropump for gears and bushings
• Basic compound
• Extremely inert with highest heat resistance
