High-Purity Dial Pressure Gauge This high-purity dial pressure gauge is designed to meet the cleanliness, quality and performance requirements of the semiconductor industy. All wetted parts are 316L stainless steel and additional electropolishing is performed after the tube socket weld to assure high purity cleanliness. The SDG is also available in back mount or stem mount configurations.
